JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:- (First) That in the period 1 April to 31 July 2025 inclusive the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the total net sum of
£2,002.31 (TWO THOUSAND AND TWO POUNDS AND THIRTY ONE PENCE), contrary to the provisions of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996
(“ERA”). (Second) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,002.31 (TWO THOUSAND AND TWO POUNDS AND THIRTY ONE PENCE) being a sum equivalent to the unauthorised deduction made.
