REASONS 20 Introduction and background
1. In a claim form (ET1) received by the Tribunal on 25 September 2024 the claimant has brought complaints against both respondents under section 8 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and sections 13, 19, 26 and 27 of 25 the Equality Act 2010. He seeks compensation of £100,000 or £75,000 for the injury to his feelings.
