REASONS Introduction
1. This is a claim for unfair dismissal. The Claimant was employed between 1 August 2022 and 20 January 2025, when he was dismissed on grounds of gross misconduct. Prior to his employment, he had been engaged by the Respondent as a subcontractor for a considerable number of years.
