JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that: In relation to the claims of Ms Goble:
1. She was unfairly dismissed by the respondent;
2. She made a protected disclosure for the purposes of section 43B Employment Rights Act 1996 (‘ERA’);
3. She was subjected to detriments for having made a protected disclosure, in that she was suspended from work, and subjected to disciplinary proceedings alleging fraud on her part;
