JUDGMENT It is the unanimous judgment of this tribunal that:
1. Ms Ridley Laing’s complaints of direct disability discrimination, harassment related to disability, a failure by the respondent to make reasonable adjustments, discrimination arising from disability and victimisation all fail and are dismissed.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, all claims brought by the claimant, have failed and been dismissed. Oral judgment in this case was handed down at the hearing on 28 November 2025.
