JUDGMENT

1. The Respondent has admitted liability in respect of the Claimant’s claims for notice pay, statutory redundancy pay and accrued but untaken holiday pay.

2. The parties agreed that the total sum due to the Claimant is £17,561.25, comprising: a. £5,786.25 in respect of unpaid notice pay; b. £10,150.00 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; and c. £2,125.00 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay, less the sum of £500.00 already paid.
