JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims succeed, and that the respondent should be ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £7,642.48 by way of compensation for financial loss and injury to feelings.

35 REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 28 September 2023 in which she made a number of complaints against the respondent in relation to the events leading to and including the 40 termination of her employment.
