JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Tribunal is that at the relevant time the claimant was a disabled 30 person under Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.
REASONS
1. This was a Preliminary Hearing (PH) to consider the issue of whether the 35 claimant was a disabled person in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 (the “EQA”) during the relevant period. The relevant period runs from the 11 December 2022 to 20th February 2024.
