JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The complaint of indirect discrimination under section 19 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed upon its withdrawal.
2. Each of the claimant’s complaints of: 30 a. Direct discrimination under section 13; b. Harassment under section 26; and c. Victimisation under section 27 of the above Act, together with d.
