JUDGMENT The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is as follows:

1. The complaint of discrimination on grounds of pregnancy and maternity is upheld.

2. The claimant’s dismissal was unfair on the basis that it was connected to pregnancy, contrary to section 99 Employment Rights Act 1996.
