JUDGMENT
1. The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages contrary to s13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds in respect of payments for extra weekend shifts worked on 11 and 12 November 2022 and 24 and 25 June 2023.
2. The claimant’s claim that he was placed on the incorrect spinal pay point and therefore was not paid at the correct contractual pay rate resulting in unlawful pay deductions fails and is dismissed.
