JUDGMENT AND REASONS

1. The claimants’ claims of breach of contract (failure to pay an enhanced redundancy payment) under Article 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 (“the Order 1994”) fail because I find that they were not entitled to enhanced redundancy payment terms.
