JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is that:

1. The claimant was not an employee of the second or third respondents within the meaning of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. His claims for unfair dismissal and breach of contract against the second and third respondents are dismissed.

2. The claimant was an employee of the second and third respondents (as well as the first respondent) within the meaning of section 83 of the Equality Act 2010.
