JUDGMENT The claimant’s application is granted to the extent that the original Judgment at paragraph 76 is varied by adding the words “beyond stating that he received Universal Credit of £270 pcm plus £740 for the house.” to the end of the fourth sentence and deletion of the final sentence. However, the Judgment is otherwise confirmed.

1. In a Judgment which was sent to the parties on 12 May 2025, I ordered the claimant to pay the costs of the first, third and fourth respondents in the sum of £6921.50.
