REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant was employed by the respondent from as a Border Force Officer based at Glasgow Airport. The claimant made a complaint of unfair dismissal which was denied by the respondent.
2. During the hearing, it was determined that the hearing would be restricted to liability only and remedy would be heard subsequently if required given the claimant’s request for re-instatement or re-engagement and the limited time available.
