JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s document of 10 November 2025 requires to be treated as an application to amend her claim and that this application is allowed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented an ET1 raising claims of unfair dismissal and detriment relating to protected disclosures.The case has been subject to case management at hearings on 10 November 2025 and 26 March 2026. The Notes issued by the Tribunal after those hearings summarise the proceedings to date and are referred to for their terms.

2. In the course of the March hearing (which was listed to determine an application for strike-out made by the respondent), an issue arose as to the status of further particulars lodged by the claimant on 10 November 2026. The discussion about this issue is set out in the Note of the March hearing and I do not intend to repeat it here.
