JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims all fail and are dismissed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 12 July 2023 in which she complained that the respondent had been in breach of the equality clause implied by section 66 of the Equality Act 2010, maintaining that she carried out like work and/or work of equal value with her comparators.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted the claimant’s claims, and maintained a defence that where there was a difference in pay
