EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS (SCOTLAND) Case No: 8000208/2025 Held in Glasgow on 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 June 2026 Members’ Meeting on 20 July 2026 Employment Judge M Robison Tribunal Member L Hutchison Tribunal Member N Quinn Ms C Jasper Claimant In Person Glasgow City Council Respondent Represented by Ms A McFarlane - Solicitor
JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims under the Equality Act 2010 and the Employment Rights Act 1996 are not well-founded and are dismissed.
REASONS
1. The claimant lodged a claim in the Employment Tribunal on 24 January 2025 claiming unfair dismissal, disability and race discrimination and victimisation, as well as making claims for notice pay and holiday pay.
2. A previous final hearing, held shortly after the claimant’s representative had withdrawn from acting, was postponed for the claimant to make an application to amend, which was allowed in large part.
