REASONS
1. In the case a Judgment was entered in favour of the Claimant on 23 November 2021. It was sent to the parties on 29th December 2021. The Respondent had failed to lodge a Response. The Tribunal ordered the Respondent to pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment of £8,850 and compensation for accrued but untaken holiday pay of £4,039.36.
