JUDGMENT Having heard the parties, the judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant has been paid by the respondent all sums lawfully due to her by way or redundancy and holiday pay. Accordingly, this Judgment brings the claim to an end.

REASONS

1. In the case a Judgment was entered in favour of the Claimant on 23 November 2021. It was sent to the parties on 29th December 2021. The Respondent had failed to lodge a Response. The Tribunal ordered the Respondent to pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment of £8,850 and compensation for accrued but untaken holiday pay of £4,039.36.
