JUDGMENT The judgment of the tribunal is that at all times material to this case the claimant was a disabled person by reason of two impairments, namely (i) rheumatoid arthritis and (ii) Raynaud’s condition. He was not a disabled person at the material times by reason of either (iii) crushed/fused vertebrae, or (iv) ADHD/Autism.
