APPLICATION The respondent’s application to strike out the claim on the basis that, having regard to the statutory time limits, the claimant has no reasonable prospect of showing that the conduct about which she complains prior to 12 April 2024 was part of conduct extending over a period which ended on or after 12 April 2024 is refused.
