JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is that:

1. The Claimant failed to comply with the Unless Order sent to the parties on 23 April 2026, as a consequence of which, the claim is dismissed under rule 39(1).

2. The Claimant’s application to have the order dismissing the claim set aside, made under rule 39(2), is refused. Judgment having been given orally at the hearing, and written reasons having been requested in accordance with Rule 60(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024, the following written reasons are provided:
