JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent; that she was unlawfully deprived of statutory maternity pay; and that she was unlawfully deprived of a redundancy payment; and therefore that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN POUNDS
AND THIRTY SEVEN PENCE (£9,997.37).
REASONS
1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 8 October 2025 in which she complained that she had been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against on the grounds of pregnancy or maternity.
