JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant’s application to amend to change the name of the respondent to Precious Care Services Ltd is granted.
2. The following claims are dismissed because they are time barred: a. Detriment/dismissal for whistleblowing; b. Breach of contract/wrongful dismissal; and c. Unlawful deduction from wages.
3. Although the claims under the Equality Act 2010 were lodged outwith the three month time limit, it is just and equitable to allow them to proceed.
