JUDGMENT The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is as follows:
1. The respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments for the claimant (ss20- 21 EqualityAct 2010) by requiring employees to respond to questions in respect of disciplinary meetings with less than 24 hours’ notice. The remaining complaint of failures to make reasonable adjustments fail and are dismissed.
