JUDGMENT
1. The First and Second Claimants’ claims for: (a) harassment related to age, contrary to s. 26 Equality Act 2010; (b) unauthorised deductions from wages under s. 23 Employment Rights Act 1996; and (c) failure to provide written particulars of employment contrary to s. 1 Employment Rights Act 1996, read with s. 38 Employment Act 2002, succeed.
2. The Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the first Claimant. These sums are gross and may be subject to deductions for tax or national insurance: (a) £3,000 in respect of injury to feelings for age-related harassment, contrary to s. 26 Equality Act 2010; (b) £499.73 in respect of interest on that sum; (c) £6,173.71 in respect of unauthorised deductions from wages; (d) £1,667.20...
