JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim is not well-founded and is dismissed.
REASONS
1. The claimant lodged a claim with the Employment Tribunal on 25 June 2025 claiming unfair dismissal. The respondent entered a defence resisting the claims, asserting that dismissal, by reason of gross misconduct, was fair.
2. On the first day of the final hearing, the claimant was represented by Ms A Williams from Strathclyde University Law Clinic, assisted by Ms A Ettia. The respondent was represented throughout by Mr D Milne.
