1. The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages between 21 October 2024 and 17 March 2025.

2. The respondent shall pay the claimant £14,014.35 within 14 days of the date this Judgment is sent to the parties, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insura.ce
