JUDGMENT
1. The complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed. a. The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums: i. A basic award of £3,184.14. ii. The compensatory award is reduced to zero, because the Tribunal concluded that there was a 100% chance that the claimant would have been fairly dismissed in any event.
2. The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the period 19 June 2023 to 30 June 2024. a. The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,377.54, which is the gross sum deducted.
