JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for holiday pay 20 succeeds and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of SEVEN
HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE POUNDS AND FIFTY PENCE (£781.50). The claim for disability discrimination is dismissed, following withdrawal.
REASONS 25 1. The claimant raised a claim in the Employment Tribunal for disability discrimination and unpaid holiday pay on 3 October 2023. These claims are made by the claimant following the termination of her employment as a cleaner with the respondent, when she worked in the offices of Harper Macleod, Solicitors, one of the respondent’s clients. 30 2.
