2. A notice of hearing on 22 March 2023 was issued on 15 December 2023. That Notice attached an Order requiring the claimant to send the respondent a schedule of loss within 4 weeks. The claimant did not comply with that order at 1 the time and had not complied with it by the date of the hearing despite chasing by the respondent’s solicitor.
