JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that (1) the unfair dismissal claim is 25 dismissed; and (2) the respondent wrongfully dismissed the claimant and is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of Four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Thirty Four Pounds and Thirty Six Pence (£4,734.36).
REASONS 30 Introduction
1. The respondent employed the claimant as operational postal grade between 16 June 2008 and 9 May 2024. The claimant complains that the respondent unfairly and wrongfully dismissed him. The respondent admits dismissing the claimant. The respondent says that the dismissal was for gross misconduct 35 and was substantively and procedurally fair.
