JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claims under the Equality Act 2010 are not well-founded and are hereby dismissed.
25 REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant has brought complaints of disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 in relation to the decision of the respondent to appoint her as a police officer. The respondent resists the claim. 30 Issues to be determined
2. Parties had very helpfully cooperated in advance of the hearing to prepare a list of issues which included a number of concessions by the respondent that significantly narrowed the issues to be determined at the hearing.
