20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £6028 (Six thousand and twenty-eight pounds).
REASONS 25 1. The claimant has brought a complaint that the respondent had made an unlawful deduction of wages by failing to pay wages due to him on 1 December 2023.
