JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, given orally at the hearing, is that the claimant’s application to amend is allowed.
REASONS 35 1. The claimant has brought complaints of unfair dismissal and public interest disclosure detriments under the Employment Rights Act 1996 as well as various claims of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 relying on the protected characteristic of disability.
