JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is the claimant’s application for unfair dismissal 20 succeeds and so is entitled to the following remedy:
1. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a basic award of £3,000;
2. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a compensatory award of £5,159.44;
3. The respondent is ordered to pay notice pay of £3,000 from which tax and 25 national insurance may be deemed to be deducted.
