JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim fails, 30 and is dismissed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 19 35 September 2024 in which he complained that he had been unlawfully deprived of arrears of pay by the respondent.

2. The respondent resisted the claimant’s claim, and submitted an ET3 setting out its response.
