JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim fails, and is dismissed. 30

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 17 August 2023 in which she complained that she had been automatically unfairly 35 dismissed under section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA), on the grounds that she had made a protected disclosure or protected disclosures to the respondent.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted the claimant’s claim.
