JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:
1. The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without sufficient notice.
2. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,750, being damages for the breach of contract. This figure has been calculated using gross pay to reflect the likelihood that the Claimant will have to pay tax on it as Post Employment Notice Pay.
