25 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the first respondent shall pay to the claimant: 1. outstanding holiday pay of £611.14; and 2. outstanding wages of £1,058.29. The second respondent shall be dismissed from the proceedings.
30 REASONS
1. The claim was presented on 3 November 2023. The claimant seeks to recover outstanding holiday pay and wages. The claim is not defended. It was considered appropriate to list the claim for a final hearing to determine liability and remedy.
