REASONS The Facts relevant to the CEO’s application

1. By a Judgment sent to the parties on 6 October 2023 the Claimant’s claims of detriment treatment for making public interest disclosures (‘PIDs’) was dismissed. The Claimant relied on 8 PIDs, of which 1 was said to have been made to the Respondent’s Chief Executive Officer (‘CEO’) and 2 were said to relate to the conduct of the CEO.
