1. In relation to claim number 2303167/2021, there was a breach of the equality clause in relation to the claimant’s contract of employment, with the result that Miss Mallik was entitled to a payment of £5,168.84. That payment was made on 12 August 2022 and no further remedy is due.
2. The remaining complaints are dismissed.
