JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant was not at the relevant times disabled as defined in the Equality 30 Act 2010 (“the Act”); his claim of disability discrimination as it relates to his own condition is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. The claimant’s claim of disability discrimination by association with the alleged disability of his wife (or his son) is struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 35 2024 (“the Rules”) on the basis that it has no reasonable prospect of success.
