REASONS
1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on the 8 January 2024 alleging he had been unfairly and wrongfully dismissed.
2. The respondent entered a response admitting the claimant had been 25 dismissed for reasons of conduct, but denying the dismissal was unfair. The respondent asserted the claimant had been dismissed for reasons of gross misconduct and, in the circumstances, no payment of notice was due to the claimant.
