JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal does not succeed and is dismissed.

REASONS 25 Introduction

1. The claimant presented a complaint of unfair dismissal, which the respondent resisted. The respondent’s position was that the claimant was fairly dismissed for gross misconduct.

2. The parties lodged a joint bundle of productions, extending to 239 pages. A 30 further 7 pages were added to this at the commencement of the hearing.
