JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 1. The Tribunal declares that the claimant was unfairly dismissed.

2. It is not practicable for the respondent to comply with an order for reinstatement.

3. It is practicable for the respondent to comply with an order for re-engagement. The Tribunal intends making such an order. In anticipation of doing so, a case 25 management order has been issued of even date, appointing further procedure.
