JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that:
1. The respondent discriminated against the claimant by reason of something arising from a disability contrary to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010;
2. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £4,000 as compensation for injury to feelings, with interest at 8% per annum from 21 August 2023; 25 3. The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant's wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996; and
4. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2,125.18 net of any lawful deductions for income tax and National Insurance contributions.
