REASONS Introduction 5 1. The claimant presented complaints of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination (direct discrimination, discrimination arising from disability and failure to make reasonable adjustments) and harassment related to disability.
2. The respondent resisted the claim, stating that the claimant was fairly dismissed for some other substantial reason, namely his refusal to return to 10 work.
