1. This is a claim under s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996 for unlawful deduction 25 of wages. The Claimant asserts that she is owed money due to the miscalculation by the Respondent of her entitlement to sick pay. The Claimant asserts that a deduction has been made which was not authorised and which the Respondent should not have made.
