REASONS Background
1. Following a judgment of the Tribunal dated 1 March 2024 upholding the 25 Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination and awarding compensation; By way of a written application dated 28 March 2024, the Claimant made a claim under r.76 Employment Tribunal Rules, for expenses.
2. The Tribunal received a response to the expenses application from the Respondent dated 4 April 2024, setting out their grounds of objection to the 30 application and giving their consent for the matter to be dealt with on the papers.
